Hand hygiene

Your hands can spread germs. Cleaning your hands in the right way and at the right time prevents the spread of infections.

You must wash your hands:

• Before and after sexual contact and/or massage.
• Contact with bodily fluids such as semen, pre-ejaculatory (pre-cum), vaginal fluid or blood.
• After using the toilet.

It is a good idea to carry a small bottle of hand-sanitising gel for times when you have no access to a washbasin.
