When you engage in BDSM activities, you must have detailed knowledge of the different techniques. BDSM carries very high safety risks if you have no knowledge of and experience with these practices. The following rules apply to all BDSM acts:
- Only use attributes that you can clean. Check this when buying sex toys.
- In the event of injuries, avoid direct contact with blood, wound and bodily fluids.
Pee or golden shower sex
Risks of pee sex?
Pee sex or the golden shower holds little risks because urine is basically sterile. Unless you get urine in your mouth, there is no risk of catching HIV or any other STI.
However, if there is blood in the urine, and you get this in your mouth, you can contract HIV. Blood in the urine is easy to spot because it is not yellow but pink or red. Take your precautions!
Do you notice a purulent discharge in the urine of your client? You run the risk of getting an STI. This type of discharge is a symptom of an infection with chlamydia or gonorrhoea.
Make sure not to get urine in your vagina, particularly if the customer has a purulent discharge or blood in the urine. Even if the urine looks ‘clean’, it can still disturb the natural PH-balance of your vagina. The acids in the urine can damage the vaginal mucosa which increases the risk of catching STIs.
Medication in the urine
Particles of the medication you take will end up in your urine. If your customer swallows your urine, he also swallows these particles and they remain active in his body for a while. Make sure you or your customer don’t swallow each other’s urine when one of you or both of you are on medication
