Silicones

Silicones

In the past, silicones were mostly used as a cheap way of getting a more feminine body, but they have some long-term adverse side effects:

  • pain or tenderness in the implant area
  • skin problems
  • inflammations
  • physical deformation as a result of sagging silicone implants

Consequently, the use of silicone is no longer recommended.

If you have questions about the use of hormones and/or silicones, contact a doctor from Violett Antwerp, who can refer you to a specialist.
