Violett strives for a society where voluntary, adult prostitution has a place, where sex workers enjoy optimal protection and have maximum right to self-determination.
Sex workers deserve tailor-made help and advice. Because of their activities in the sex industry, they have specific questions and risks. Due to various reasons, amongst which stigmatisation, they often struggle to connect with the regular welfare and healthcare services. This the very reason of our existence.
By offering anonymous support free of charge and by outreaching, we try to lower the threshold as much as possible. Special attention goes to the most vulnerable groups. A relationship of trust is at the core of our services. We have a multidisciplinary approach that is sensitive to cultural differences, so we can respond to the great diversity in the sex industry. We think it is important that sex workers participate in our services.
